Reproducibility Hardening

reproducibility-hardening.RmdDeterministic documentation mode
When gp3ml.reproducible_examples is TRUE,
report timestamps and session details use deterministic documentation
placeholders rather than build-session values. Research use outside
documentation retains the real runtime metadata.
